Jeremy Leach commenced his career in composite insurance
broking in 1984 where he developed an extensive level of
experience in all facets of personal lines and commercial
insurance as well as asset and discretionary management.
When polarisation of the Insurance and Financial Services
industry occurred in the United Kingdom in the late 1980’s,
he gravitated towards the Financial Services sector, furthering
his knowledge and experience in respect of investment management
and collective investment schemes.
Mr Leach holds a number of non-executive board positions
with Regulated Mutual Funds and also sits on the board of
a number Financial Services based companies. He is the Group
Managing Director of Managing Partners Limited (“MPL”), a
Cayman Islands based Fund Management Company that manages
a number of Traded Endowment, Traded Life Policy and Property
based Regulated Mutual Funds and Collective Investment Schemes.
MPL has a UK domiciled subsidiary called MPL Investment Management
Limited, which is regulated by the United Kingdom Financial
Services Authority (the “FSA”) by virtue of
being an Appointed Representative of Sturgeon Ventures LLP.
Mr Leach is the Managing Director of MPL Investment Management
Limited and is a CF30 authorised person under the United Kingdom
Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
Jeremy Leach is widely regarded as one
of the most knowledgeable asset managers in the field of
traded policies and life settlements. He has written in
excess of 100 technical articles on life settlements, financials
and economic trends for retail media groups including the
Financial Times Group as well as being a guest speaker
on CNBC.
