Consultancy
MPL offers advice and consultancy on buying TLPs, their management within a portfolio or collective investment scheme and valuation mechanisms for TLPs and other reversionary assets.
Bespoke funds
MPL specialises in the formation of collective investment schemes (or funds), open-ended investment companies (OEICs) and structured products for investment houses and financial distributors. MPL is able to incorporate and manage funds, appoint all of the necessary service providers and deal with the regulatory requirements in the formation and management of a fund or act in a consultancy capacity where required.
