British Property Opportunities Fund
British Property Opportunities Fund is a specialist property fund established in 2008 to allow investors to participate in the residential property market without the day to day issues of managing a diverse property portfolio. The fund aims to provide a steady capital growth medium to long term by investing in UK residential property opportunities.
The Fund was set up to take advantage of the current UK residential property recessionary environment and purchase property at a level considerably lower than actual market value. The benefit to an investor will be the ability to have exposure to UK property far below true value and then capitalise as the market recovers over the medium term.
